# Privacy and cookie policy

NanoSpins (nanospins.com) is a project by Alejandro Mozo (amozo.es). This page explains what data is handled and how, in plain language.

## What we store

- **Public wheels**: since there are no accounts, a wheel's content (title, options, colors) is stored on the server under a public identifier. We never ask for your name, email or any personal data.
- **Browser local storage**: your light/dark theme, your "my wheels" list, your recent spins and your cookie choice are saved in your device's `localStorage`. They are never sent to the server.

## Cookies and analytics

We use **Google Analytics** to learn, anonymously and in aggregate, how the site is used (pages visited, device, referrer). Google Analytics **only loads if you accept** the cookie notice.

If you accept, your browser installs Google cookies (`_ga`, `_ga_*`) that measure your visits anonymously. If you reject, no tracking script is loaded, no analytics cookie is installed, and the site works exactly the same.

You can change your mind at any time: click **Cookies** in the site footer and the notice will appear again. You can also clear cookies from your browser settings.

## Editing or deleting a wheel

Wheels are edited with a token that only exists in your browser. If you clear the site's data, you lose editing control (the wheel stays public and duplicable). Reach out via amozo.es if you need something removed.

## Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by writing through amozo.es. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
